2 AI truisms that guide my humans

the price to pay in a well-paid 9 to 5 is slow growth. AI will put “slow growths” out of job very fast, if not instantly. this will be the price to pay. low stress right now and for years vs. being replaced in the matter of days, and living high periods of stress for a couple months until government steps in to bail you out / put laws to limit AI. <- this doesn’t scale btw.

only full freedom pirates will thrive in this environment, aka real entrepreneurs.

I’ve been lighting these sirens for years now, not because I’ve read the literature but have felt the effects of these softwares being 10X more efficient than humans.

As a top percentile IQ CEO, also in the top percentile of productivity, I sometimes feel “useless” nowadays. I’m also top percentile in terms of confidence in my abilities. What does that say about a low lvl employee?

The “enhance not replace” rhetoric feels good, that’s why it’s been promoted here on Linkedin nowadays. we’re not super-near AGI yet, and we’re not near the “robot exterminating us” debate yet. But we are near the job replacement one.

You can choose to make the jump to full time entrepreneur soon … or be maintained by one. Oh wait, that entrepreneur’s gonna hire bots and AI, so the only safety net you’ll have there is the government. Yes, the very…
